Your Christmas Adventure Begins Here!
This Christmas, we're inviting little believers and their families to step into a magical world where anything is possible!
From the moment you arrive, you'll be transported into a festive wonderland filled with sparkling decorations, twinkling lights and the excitement of Christmas.
But this isn't just an ordinary visit to Santa's Grotto. This is an adventure, and Santa needs your help!
The Magical Christmas Mission
Oh no! Something magical has happened, and Father Christmas needs a little help before he can appear!
Our young visitors will be invited to take part in a special festive challenge. They'll need to follow clues, solve a little Christmas mystery and discover the secret to making Santa's magic work.
Perhaps they'll need to find some missing reindeer food, uncover a secret Christmas message or complete a magical task!
With a little teamwork, imagination and a sprinkle of Christmas spirit, they'll help bring the magic back to life.
Are You Ready to Make Christmas Magical?
Santa's waiting, the reindeer are getting ready, and there's just one thing missing… YOU!
A Magical Meeting with Father Christmas
Once the Christmas mission is complete, something truly wonderful happens…
The magic begins to work!
With a little festive sparkle and a touch of Christmas wonder, Father Christmas makes his special appearance!
Children will have the opportunity to meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes and enjoy a magical moment with the man himself.
We want every child to feel that they've experienced something truly special. Each child will receive a bag of reindeer food and also a gift to take away with them.
Memories to Treasure
Christmas is all about making memories, and our grotto is designed to create moments that families will remember long after the decorations have been packed away.
From the excitement of completing their Christmas mission to the wonder of meeting Father Christmas, there will be plenty of opportunities to capture those magical smiles.
A Christmas Experience for the Whole Family
We believe Christmas magic is for everyone!
Our experience is designed to delight younger children while bringing a little festive nostalgia to parents and grandparents too.
Expect excitement, a cheeky mulled wine for the grown-ups, laughter, surprises and, most importantly, that wonderful feeling of believing in Christmas magic.
